CHARACTERISTICS
GRAPES: Mostly Sangiovese with small percentages of Ciliegiolo and Merlot.
ALLERGENS: Contains sulphites
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5% Vol.
VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting of the grapes. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.
REFINING: Light passage in wood to give it a bit of complexity and in the bottle.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18/20 °C .
TASTING
A young wine that is immediately drinkable but with an interesting structure, which finds its best prerogative in the fruity tones, both on the nose and on the palate.
PAIRINGS
It can be a wine for the whole meal if paired with important first courses and light second courses.
