CHARACTERISTICS
GRAPES: Mainly Sangiovese

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5/14 % Vol.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are destemmed and pressed before alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
REFINEMENT: takes place in oak barrels for 4 months, followed by refinement in the bottle for a further 2 months.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 °C.
TASTING
Color: ruby red color with purple hues. Bouquet: Decisive and primary fruity and floral notes. Taste: It has a robust and intense flavor, with notes of black fruit, spices and a light tannicity.
PAIRINGS
First courses based on ragù, such as Tuscan pappardelle with wild boar ragù, but also with second courses of meat, such as roasts and with all types of game.
