VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting of grapes. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.
AGEING: Takes place in Slavonian oak barrels and in the bottle.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18/20 °C .
TASTING
Ruby red color, intense and brilliant. Bouquet of small red fruits, undergrowth, with hints of wood and jam. Structured, round, elegant and slightly tannic flavor in the mouth.
