VINIFICATION: The grapes are destemmed and pressed before alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
AGEING: The maturation in wood takes place for 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by 6 months of ageing in the bottle.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18/20 °C .
TASTING
Colour: From intense ruby to garnet with time. Aroma: Ripe plum, cherry, violet and spices. Taste: Structured and balanced on the palate, refined tannins guarantee longevity thanks to aging in oak.

Suitable for roast meat, noble poultry, game, mature cheeses.

VINIFICATION: The grapes are destemmed and pressed before alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
AGEING: takes place in oak barrels for 4 months, followed by aging in the bottle for a further 2 months.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 °C .
TASTING
Colour: ruby red with purple hues. Bouquet: Decisive and primary fruity and floral notes. Taste: It has a robust and intense flavour, with notes of black fruit, spices and a light tannicity.
