VINIFICATION: The process involves destemming and pressing of the grapes; alcoholic fermentation; punching down, submerged fermentation or pumping over; racking and pressing and then aging in stainless steel tanks and glass bottles.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: The perfect temperature to taste it is between 14 and 20 degrees.
