CHARACTERISTICS
GRAPES: Mostly Sangiovese with small percentages of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5% Vol.
VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting of the grapes. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.
AGEING: 6 months in wood enhances its structure without affecting the strength of the aromas and flavor that come from the vines and in the bottle.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18/20 °C .
TASTING
A young wine that is immediately drinkable but with an interesting structure, which finds its best prerogative in the fruity tones, both in the nose and in the taste.
PAIRINGS
It can be a wine for the whole meal if paired with important first courses and light second courses.
