GRAPES: 95% Sangiovese; 5% Canaiolo
ALLERGENS: Contains sulphites
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% Vol.
VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature below 30°C for approximately 12-15 days. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.
REFINEMENT: 30 months in oak barrels and in the bottle for at least 6 months.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18/20 °C .
TASTING
Ruby red color, intense and brilliant. Bouquet of small red fruits, undergrowth, with hints of wood and jam. Structured, round, elegant and slightly tannic flavor in the mouth.
