VINIFICATION: Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Medium maceration on the skins. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.
AGEING: Aged only in steel to enhance the aromas and flavors of the vines.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 20 °C .

Intense red color; Vinous bouquet, Warm, spicy flavor, dried fruit.
