Produced with stone-ground organic flours in the company mill, bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, the pasta of the Val d'Orcia Mill is a handcrafted product, extremely porous, with a characteristic amber color and an unmistakable flavour! Our pasta made with stone-ground spelled flour has a higher fiber and mineral content than industrial pasta and keeps the lipid-vitamin properties unaltered, it is a more balanced pasta and has a lower glycemic index.
